What Do We Need From You

To provide the most competitive quote for your business insurance, we will need to collect some information from you relevent to your business. We prefer to do this either in person over the telephone, on customer site or by emailing a fact find form for you to return to us.

Dependant on the nature of your business and required insurance we have detailed below a summary of the information we may require from you.

- Nature of business - trade, profession, services offered, products offered, contact with members of the general public

- Staff details - number of staff employed, full/part time, job description, previous liability claims

- Premises details - address/postcode, building, fixtures and fittings, stock, equipment, money in safe, stock items, previous premises claims

- What type of cover you require - material damage, business interruption, goods In transit, loss Of money, personal accident, employers liability, public and products liability.

We can advise you on the appropriate cover you will need for your business if you are unsure.

- What sort of level of excess would you be prepared to pay - i.e. the amount you would wish to pay towards a claim

- How long you have been with your current insurer - and how long since your last claim
